All owners of rental dwellings located in MuskegonTownship are now required to register their properties with the township Rental Inspections unit.This registration requirement is the result of an ordinance passed in December 2010.
By more actively monitoring rental properties through the Rental Registration and Inspection Program, we hope to better serve the rental residents of our community and while doing so, we will also improve the general condition of our residential areas, which benefits all of our residents.
Rental Registration should be done as soon as possible to avoid any fees for filing late or failing to file altogether.The necessary registration form is available at the Muskegon Charter Township Hall at 1990 E. Apple Ave. or online at www.muskegontwp.org
